Hello and Welcome to my website.
Where am I?
I am an experienced qualified counsellor in private practice in East Sheen, Richmond, South West London. I live in a quiet, residential road in East Sheen where I have a dedicated consulting room based in my home.
I can easily be reached by public transport (train and bus). Mortlake Station is 10 minutes away on foot plus and the Upper Richmond Road is about 5 minutes walk. Unrestricted parking is also available in the surrounding roads.

A Little About Me...
I have been counselling for the past 7 years both in my private practice and other settings. Trained as an integrative counsellor, I bring to my work a range of therapeutic approcahes tailored to meet the client's particular needs.

How?
My approach is humanistic. The aim of the therapeutic relationship will vary - it may be concerned with addressing and resolving specific problems, coping with crisis, developing personal insight or working through conflict and improving relationships with others.

What kind of issues do I work with ?
I have the training and experience to help my clients through relationship difficulties including at work; self-esteem issues; the challenges of parenting and ageing; grief, bereavement and loss; anxiety and depression; and identity issues.

When?
After contacting me, I start with an initial session where we can meet. If counselling feels the right way to go forward for you, then we can think about a shorter term or longer term approach. I am trained in working both ways.
