Hello and welcome to my website.

My name is Karin Mathews. I am a qualified counsellor and run a private practice in East Sheen, Richmond, South West London.

I am an integrative counsellor which means that I incorporate
different models of counselling in my approach according to the
individual needs of each client. It also means that I am not tied to one model.

I work from home and provide a safe, confidential, quiet and
comfortable environment for my clients. Our therapeutic
relationship may be long-term or brief depending on individual needs.

My practice is within easy reach of:
Putney, Barnes, Roehampton, Wimbledon, Mortlake, Richmond,
Twickenham, Teddington, Ham, Kingston or Kew.

I am close to the South Circular and can offer parking; alternatively Mortlake Station is very close by and there are a number of bus routes which come through Sheen.

  Fees
  If you would like to come and talk with me, I would begin with an initial consultation. This helps me to focus on the nature of our future work together. For you, it offers an opportunity to decide whether you wish to commit to future counselling. This lasts for the normal session time of 50 minutes and costs the same as a normal session. My fee for a normal counselling session is £40.
  
  Concessions for students or clients on Income Support can be negotiated.
