Counselling and Psychotherapy in Holborn & City of London
Welcome to my website.
Counselling is often referred to as the "talking" cure. The counsellor can offer respect, a positive regard and non-judgemental approach - in other words an impartial view. This can allow you, the client, to explore thoughts and feelings which may be too difficult or painful to share with family or friends and allow you a private, confidential space to talk things through.
It can help you to manage what feels unmanageable.
The aim of the particular psychotherapeutic relationship will vary according to each individual's needs. Counselling and psychotherapy may be concerned with addressing specific problems, or it could be about working through feelings of internal conflict, coping with crisis and change, developing personal insight or improving relationships with others.
I am registered and accredited and abide by the Code of Ethics to the BACP and UKCP.
I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor offering counselling and psychotherapy in central London.
My longstanding London practice is in Chancery Lane, Holborn close to the City of London.
I have been working in private practice and other settings for over 14 years. I have worked with men and women from many different backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities and nationalities. I am qualified to offer either short-term counselling or a long-term open-ended therapy depending on your needs. We would discuss this at an Initial Consultation.
